I had an issue with two of my windows which I purchased in 2017 from window world. They are under the life time warranty they came out check them and ordered new ones. It took almost four weeks but they came in and they came back to install them ,but unfortunately one of the windows was not the right size so they had to reorder it. Now I am currently waiting for it to come in. But I love the fact that they are under a lifetime warranty as long as I own the house.

Recently had new replacement windows installed and I love them. Very affordable and great quality for the price. The installer (I do not remember his name) arrived at the stated time 8:30a and all 12 windows were installed by 12:30p. His partner cleaned up as each window was installed so there was no mess left behind. Would definitely recommend them.
